What is ProCare?

ProCare is our resident-focused maintenance program designed to ensure your home is always in top condition. It includes:

Move-In Orientation

A professional walk-through of your new home to explain how all systems and Smart Home technology operate.

Post-Move-In Visit

About 45 days after you settle in, we stop by to address any non-emergency questions or concerns you might have.

Proactive Maintenance

Regular scheduled visits to check HVAC systems, plumbing, and safety devices like smoke detectors.

24/7 Support

In addition to ProCare, our emergency maintenance team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
