How do I apply for a home?

Visit the property page of the home you are interested in and click "Apply Now". Follow the prompts to complete your application.

What is the pet policy?

We allow up to 3 pets per home. Breed restrictions and fees apply. See our "Pet Friendly" page for more details.

How do I pay rent?

Rent can be paid securely online through our Resident Portal via ACH or credit card. We also accept WIPS (Walk-in Payment System) at participating retailers.

Who handles maintenance?

Invitation Homes has a professional maintenance team. You can submit requests 24/7 via the portal, and we will schedule a technician to visit your home.
